The 7 Dangerous Act After Meals

Believe it or not? It's for you to decide. I just post out things that I wish to share to everyone =D

Don't Smoke -  Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances if getting cancer even higher). Don't you think so?

Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meals or 1 hours before meals. Don't you think so?

Don't drink tea - because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest. Don't you think so?

Don't walk around - People always say that after mean walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. Don't you think so?

Don't bathe - bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. Don't you think so?

Don't loosen your belt -  loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked. Don't you think so?

Don't sleep immediately - the food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine. Don't you think so?

Life is short to concern so much??

Life is Short. Don't you guys think so? That's why I really do "Appreciate and Treasure" every moments that I had even for a second. I treat everyday as my last as sometimes I alway think a lot, like what happens if the next morning I couldn't open my eyes to see another sunrise. Felt like an idiot when I'm always there wondering. But seriously have you ever treasure your moments well. With your loves one? Families? Friends? or even your enemies. Appreciate the people around you and treasure every moments that you had with them. 

For me myself, I think I'm lack of being with my families. Being outside home, in K.L really had a big impact to my families. Maybe when I'm home I alway cause noises or troubles and when I'm not around suddenly felt cold and loneliness for my family. Really I don't wish this thing to happen but it just did. The only thing that I can do and afford to do is to pray for blessing and everything will go back normal again. And sometimes when we concern too much, they might just hurt us even more and deeper. I love my family and I really wish them to know it. Really do hope everything will go back to its normal stats again. Really wish everything will go back normal....

Was so boring this morning as I got nothing to do. Sonic the Hedgehog

First and foremost, my beloved Sonic the Hedgehog. Love him since I'm still a kid. Kept on watching him in TV till now?Played his games, that time Sega? and even wish to act like him sometimes. As in. pretend to grab a ring or something and just SONIC BOOOM and tried to run as fast as i could!! What the heck?? That's when I was a kid and I really admired him so much till I used him as my nice dare"SoNIc" in my Messenger, Friendster, Facebook can't as they need your own name and many more. Just love him so much..

Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core

Secondly, This person, Zack. Originally from Final Fantasy 7. And so suddenly, the game came out this person and we don't even know him but the information we can had is only from Aries, saying that his is 1st Class Solider when she met Cloud in Final Fantasy and mention that he looks a bit like Zack. Kinda hanging the story, and so PSP came out with Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core. WHOOO!! Which is the top reason I bought my PSP, just to play this game. I finished even when the English version came out. To tempted to finished and watch the ending of the story. Then now I only understand this guy and related back them to Final Fantasy 7. A very cool and funny guy to know with, Zack the 1st Class Solider. "Embrace your dreams, and no matter what protect your honour as a Solider" That the phrase you will always heard when you go along the game. Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core is one of the best and top game in PSP's World. If you missed playing it when you have the console in your hand, then too bad you really MUST play and check this game out...

Sun Setting, pretty just pretty =D

Sunsets!! I'm a person who loves taking sunsets' picture and I too love wondering and let my mind floating around when I was there staring at the sence. It's really pretty and somehow I found this wallpaper which I really like and I copy it down and now I wish to share them with everyone... =D

Totoro and his Friends

Totoro, I don't know much about this animation but, for it's fan this wallpaper is really nice and cute at the same time. All i know from him was "Bo Bo Cha, Chi Chi Cha" Something like that I guess..

The next wallpapers that I wish to share with everyone is animation everyone knows, it Naruto and it had been very famous since I'm still in high school till now and the episode still counting and going up and up. It's a nice animation I can say, but kinda bored right now with all the fillet going around and dragging the story. Better if just read in Manga is enough but reading Manga really bored as i prefer graphic and also voices. Guess just have to be patient right?And so the wallpapers

Next, is Samurai Champloo. didn't have must of their wallpapers but I really like this one. the Samurai. The animation is kinda touching and interesting. Do check them out too but it's kinda old already. I mean the animation came out quite long ago already.

Secret Agent Clank

Secret Agent Clank on PSP

To all the Ratchet and Clank's Fan, the game Secret Agent Clank is out in PSP and to my surprised when I played this game it was really fun, challenging and funny at the same time and I really enjoy playing it. This time you play more on Clank but you still playing Ratchet and also Captain Quark too but not all the times and there's some new system of battling in this package. You will occurred battling like O2jam, stealth killing, creative and nice weapon which they had design for this game. and seriously I'm amazed with it. Do try this game out for those who own the PSP console. It's a game you shouldn't missed like the Final Fantasy 7, Crisis Core and do enjoy playing...

Home Sweet Home?

I'm home!!, I guess... but it doesn't feels to be at home. It's not like the usual home that I came back during my holidays anymore. Something important is missing and I really can felt the absent of it. It's kinda weird but I know i should face it as I'm big enough and strong enough to accept that too. It's kinda hurt when I look at the places which we had lots of memories and tears just kept on rolling down to my cheeks whenever I looked at them. But I know that it will never be the same anymore. Everything had changed and there's nobody no one to be blamed of. The one and only things that you should do and should believe is just through prayers and just believe in miracles will happens. I'm praying hardly for it.....
